Welcome to Yoga House
It’s a beautiful boutique yoga studio in Paarl where you can have a break, take a deep breath, and escape for a moment from your daily routine.
Yoga House is a spa for your soul, where you combine yoga, strength & dynamic movements and meditation to encourage a complete body, mind and soul experience. It is a place, where you can just focus on yourself.
Our main styles are Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, along with our meditation sessions. Classes are friendly and welcoming and generally open to all experience levels. Our professional and passionate yoga teachers educate students on the benefits of the yoga asanas as they practice. For deeper practice, Yoga House offers private sessions.
Yoga House is our love child, and we wanna share it with YOU. Our house is your house.

Types of Yoga
Favourite yoga studio ever - The teachers are exceptional, and creates a peaceful atmosphere, gently yet intentionally guiding beginners but also encouraging you to be mindful and listen to your body. 10/10 would recommend.
Gorgeous air conditioned venue in a heritage building. Really impressed with the Vinyasa Flow class. The teacher was exceptional, she had moves I've never seen before, which bordered on dance. My mind was so focused I noticed twice I wasn't thinking about work! It felt like a Yoga & meditation session combined, ie. really good value for money. 👏
